Having previously worked in residential, Alex joined Hargreaves Goswell in 2006 as a dedicated City office agent, before joining Jones Lang LaSalle. He then went on to join a niche West End firm prior to starting his own business.

Alex has a fully rounded understanding of the Central London market having gained over 25 years experience in dealing with the nuances of London property.

  Peter studied international banking and finance and law at City University. 

He has spent over 25 years working in commercial property, acquiring and disposing of prime properties throughout Central London.

Peter prides himself on his professional work and has successfully transacted rent reviews, lease renewals and business rates appeals on behalf of a huge range of longstanding and exciting clients.
